Cell migration determines the complete development of mammalian tissue and other pathological phenomena. To investigate effect chemical stimuli on such behavior, cells are triggered to translate by concentration gradient different molecules 2D substrates in vitro. But date unfortunately polymeric scaffolds for cell 3D environment with have not been proposed developed yet. Herein, a novel composite scaffold an internal boundary is fabricated electrospinning mask-assisted electrospray so that deposition PBG-N3 particles confined at specific area initially. The subsequently formed after selective surface modification via click reaction. Using fluorescent alkyne, modified regions clearly observed fluorescence microscope. This innovative bio-material has potential serve as promising investigating growth further application engineering.
